Misfit Mind AI, LLC is a software company that designs and builds AI-integrated websites and automation tools for small businesses. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Misfit Mind AI, LLC.

Our AI tools — including chatbots deployed on client websites — are designed to assist users with information and planning. They are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Responses generated by AI may occasionally be inaccurate. You should verify important information independently.
Conversations with AI tools may be logged and shared with the business operating the tool (e.g., a resort, service provider). See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you engage Misfit Mind AI to build a website, AI tool, or automation system, a separate written agreement or statement of work will govern that engagement. These Terms apply to use of our public-facing website and general services only.
All content on misfitmindai.com — including text, graphics, code, and design — is owned by Misfit Mind AI, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Custom software we build for clients is governed by the terms of those client agreements.
Our Services may rely on or link to third-party tools and APIs (such as Anthropic's Claude API, QuickBooks, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third-party services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Misfit Mind AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Misfit Mind AI, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Mohave County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
